We aim to reopen the fund next week and will keep businesses informed on next steps.<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the 30th April 2020 the Scottish Government announced that a fund had been set up to support&nbsp;viable but vulnerable&nbsp;SMEs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This grant is for businesses&nbsp;that are&nbsp;vital to the local or national economic foundations of Scotland&nbsp;will&nbsp;play a critical role in supporting Scotland\u2019s recovery but need some immediate support. It might be to get back up and running or to maintain or diversify your current operations.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Funds will be administered by local authorities and Scotland\u2019s enterprise agencies and will begin to pay out grants in early May.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As with other funds there are eligibility criteria which need to be met.
