TRUST GROUP AGM<\/u><\/strong> |TUESDAY 15th<\/sup> SEPTEMBER | 7.30pm<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please see below important information regarding the AGM:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Due to the on-going COVID-19 restrictions on public gatherings, it is required that this meeting takes place via Zoom (Video Conference).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

>> ATTENDANCE<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The details to join the AGM will not be shared publically on our website or social media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Members who wish to attend the meeting should register their interest with TCDT before 4pm on Monday 14th September. <\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please email admin@tireetrust.org.uk<\/a> requesting to join the AGM and you will receive instructions on how to join.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We require a quorum of 30 members in attendance before the meeting can take place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TCDT would encourage as many members as possible to attend the AGM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is an opportunity to find out about the activities of Tiree Trust and the subsidiary companies during the last year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

>> ELECTION OF DIRECTORS<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nomination forms were received from Craig Smith, Adam Milne, Jamie MacDonald and William Angus MacLean.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As there are 4 vacant elected spaces on the board, a vote will not be required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
